Rebel Wilson Shares Important Message After Vacation Weight Gain

Actress Rebel Wilson has been very vocal about her eating habits and weight loss since she started the journey in 2015. In a recent Instagram post, the 42-year-old opened up more for her fans, again reassuring them that she allowed herself some time to have a relaxing vacation. She gained 3kg (approximately 6.5lbs). However, the Senior Year star admits weight fluctuations are fine and both loving oneself and maintaining balance are key to a positive body image.

“I can get up tomorrow, go to the gym, and hydrate, and eat healthy, and love myself.”

Ramona is always wearing a bathing suit, overalls, and Birkenstocks to match her trusty white shopping cart.

 

She continued, “Nobody is perfect and I know what it’s like to feel guilty after bingeing but if you’re like me, just know YOU are more than your weight! Your weight doesn’t define who you are. Just try your best to be healthy and don’t be so hard on yourself. Be the best version of you”.
